I once had a fortress protecting my emotions so now matter who it was that didn’t like me or want to be my friend could not ever hurt me. When someone takes a shining to you, it’s hard not to open up though when someone reads every you have ever written to get to know you. #Toshamaaks #EDRD #bpd

Two years ago I took up the motto “do what scares you” I would even hashtag it with each post. I was trying to convince myself that I could do anything I put my mind to, and where that maybe true. I can’t help it, I get scared. I have had to learn to be a little more compassionate with myself about this and not being able to face every fear I have come up. I have to forgive myself for letting feelings of fear ever come to the surface but it does now.
