I truly didn’t know the importance of being seen and heard was to me. Recently, I have been doing trauma therapy, it has taken me down some roads I definitely did not expect. I am thankful that I found a great therapist when the pandemic began. So through out this nasty time in our world I’ve relived some nasty times under her supervision and have been given some place to finally process properly the shadows of my past. I have finally been heard. If by no one else at least she is hearing me. It feels good.
Over the last six months I’ve barely blogged and been on. I am working full time now and that takes my time with you guys away! I am going to try to post more frequently! I miss ya all! Make today fabulous! #toshamaaks #learningimatter #bpdrecovery #bpdawareness #bpdsupport
Yesterday 3 of my 4 boys were home and I snapped a few pictures while they were all together. I had asked my oldest son to come over with my grandson too. However they couldn’t make it. If I can ever get the five together I will get a good picture! But these turned out fabulous! @cory_mox @maaksj @livwuethrich @maaks
Anyone else?
